We loved our stay here for three nights. a The staff is extraordinarily friendly, and the location is just perfect for walking anywhere in Brussels. We walked miles and miles every day north east southwest, and this hotel was the perfect spot for it. This is a safe spot, an extremely clean hotel, with a great bathroom, and superb amenities.
A wonderful stay at the 9Hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also can't say enough about the perfection of the ice! :D (Inside joke with the witty young woman at the front desk.) The location is a short walk from all the restaurants and shops, as well as the Grand Place. We had an excellent experience and would definitely return.
What a gem! Great service, very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfectly situated near the Central train station for day trips but also a short walk to Grand Place and all the main sights. The beds were comfortable too. If we find ourselves in Brussels again, this is where I'd stay.
Absolutely LOVELY hotel. I only spent a night here because I decided to come to Brussels fairly last minute during my trip to Amsterdam and Germany and I'm so glad I did and that I stayed in this hotel. First of all, Brussels is an incredible city and this hotel is right at the heart of it. Easy access to museums, shopping, famous sights and wonderful restaurant minutes away on foot. There's also a decent amount of nightlife to be found nearby. I had booked one of their cheaper rooms, which I'm sure are also very nice but I was unexpectedly upgraded to one of their executive suites and it was absolutely delightful. I took the opportunity to have a nice bath in the tub, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony was nice and there are a lot of little thoughtful details that make the room especially nice and convenient. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. There's also a secured area to store your luggage before and after check out which I took full advantage of to speed run my sightseeing endeavors. Amazing experience! The room was compact, super clean, and nicely designed. There’s also a cozy lounge in the lobby with a coffee machine you can use. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the central station and Grand Place. The staff were incredibly friendly, you can really feel how much care they put into every detail. I had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves a warm and comfy atmosphere.
