Lovely hotel, relaxed atmosphere, lovely decor and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. Plus it was within walking distance to the shopping area 😀
Not a 4 stars hotel. Cold rooms, heater off (even after kindly requesting to turn it on as there were 15 degrees), awful smell from the shower, fairly poor breakfast. The only good thing is the location.
We had a wonderful stay at 9Hotel Sablon and would happily return. The staff were truly excellent — always friendly, attentive, and more than willing to go the extra mile to meet even the smallest requests. Their hospitality really made the experience special. The spa, although small, was perfect for unwinding after long days of walking in the cold, snowy winter weather. It was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The bed deserves a special mention — without doubt the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, giving us the best night’s sleep of our trip. The only minor feedback would be to ensure there are sufficient bathroom amenities, as expected from a 4-star hotel. That said, this did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay. The location is ideal: just a 5–6 minute walk from Centraal Station and about 7–8 minutes from the main tourist centre. It’s perfect if you prefer exploring on foot without relying on the metro or other transport. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location with outstanding staff. We are already planning our next stay — thank you! 🌟
