Rooms are cleaned. The hotel reception does not exchanged the info with during the shifts what makes the clients feel uncomfortable. At midnight we did not find any phone number around the reception, so it was dificult try to contact.. Later a receptionist appeared who smelled of alcohol. Rooms without air conditioning, not all of them a breezer included. There are no mosquito nets on the windows.
Normally I don't really feel obliged to write online reviews, but here I feel compelled to do so. I had a really pleasant stay! Everybody spoke perfect english, the staff was super nice & the breakfast is delicious. The room had everything it needed, although it could have been a little more spacious; But for the price it is more than fair. Location wise, it is a little outside of Brussels, but for me that was ideal. The hotel has a parking lot that's free of charge, camera protected & should be big enough to have space even when fully booked out. Otherwise, there also is street parking easily available right in front of the hotel.
A small, family-run hotel with very kind and welcoming hosts. The room is comfortable and the bed is cozy. Breakfast is simple, but has everything you need. A very important plus for anyone arriving by car is the free parking, which is quite a rarity these days.
Great little hotel. Nice and quiet but literally a few minutes from major roads. Shirley and her husband were exceptionally helpful, going to great lengths to make sure we were happy. I would give 6 (or more) stars for service, if possible
