We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amigo, made truly exceptional by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. A special thank you to Hisham and Haluk from the Concierge, and to Thierry, Alban, and the whole wonderful entrance team, who always welcomed us with a smile, and asking if they can provide us with any support. The reception team, especially Giulia, Paulina, and their colleagues, were equally kind and attentive, the housekeeping team are very helpful. The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the Grand-Place, making it perfect for exploring the city. The hotel had a great Italian restaurant called Boccony must to be tried. Highly recommended not only for the location and elegance, but especially for the people who make the experience truly memorable.
I was in Brussels for the day to attend a conference and went over to Hotel Amigo for a drink and bit. Lovely lounge area and the staff are welcoming. I'd stay here if l'm ever spending the night in Brussels. Great location. You are right in the centre of the city.
An excellent hotel, from arriving to leaving the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. We spent a week there for our first time in Brussels and birthday celebrations and couldn't have asked for better service. The room was fantastic and well equipped, we especially appreciated house keeping in how detailed they were and recognised how we function in the room from. Concierge were friendly and always happy to help with anything and recommend places to visit, eat and to drink! We'll most definitely be back
The staff at the hotel is AMAZING! From the doorman to check in… the valets and concierge - they are so welcoming and knowledgeable! The servers and housekeeping are so warm and friendly as well! We will truly miss the staff. Hotel itself is absolutely charming and in the PERFECT location. We walked everywhere easily. Special shoutouts to the ladies in the dining room -some of our faves- Ilaria and Rebecca🩷
Centrally located in Brussels, right next to the Grand Palace. Rooms were charming. Beds were great. Amenities were excellent. Gym was fabulous and versatile. We didnt eat meals here, but the food, coffee, and tourist scene was happening all around.
