Reviews
I had a great stay in what was one of the most beautifully and ornately decorated hotels I have ever seen. This was definitely a boutique hotel and the owners were on hand and welcoming and kind. I highly recommend!
This is a hotel for you if: - you want to stay in a very special place and love extravagant things This hotel is NOT for you if: - you want a comfy and fancy modern hotel. I read a lot of reviews about this hotel after booking and went in very scared tbh. But it was a very pleasant stay. Yes, the things are outdated but thats the flair kinda. The rooms are small, the stairs are tiny, the things are old, the decoration is extravagant because thats how things were back then. Besides that, its really cheap compared to all the other hotels nearby. Also no bedbugs for us which is a bare minimum but with the other reviews i feel like its worth mentioning. If you want a special hotel with an insane feeling and vibe... this is the one. If you're looking for fancy ans comfortable, maybe go for another one.
The owner is a very nice human being. He is a muslim and does anything to help you. He helped others as well to get accomodated. The room is big enough and has all the necesarry things, it is very clean. The walls are impressive feats of art because of the level of detail. Walking from the reception to the room feels like a museum exploration. The location is spot on, right in the historic centre, so you cannot ask for more.
