Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at ibis Brussels Waterloo. The hotel is in a great location, close to the town centre and within easy reach of local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Waterloo.
Perfect option as a stop-over stay! We booked last minute, receptionist staff answered our call in perfect English with clear instructions. Room is prepared and pre-cool-down with AC. A pleasant surprise there is even TV in the lobby for watching world-cup. Super friendly staff makes our sleepover just perfect!
Fantastic staff, great location, staff helped my mobility-impaired older parent to a suitable room and were available for late check in. Our family room was large but had suffered water damage (a mat covering raised flooring) and was very tired, but otherwise comfortable and came with a fan - absolutely necessary given it was in the roof and very hot (the visit was in the May week of 30°c+)
The hotel was disappointing overall. The room was outdated and lacked air conditioning; the ventilation system was ineffective, leaving the space uncomfortably hot with little to no fresh air. The service was below standard, and the staff did not make a particularly positive impression. In addition, noise from the parking area behind the hotel was clearly audible and further detracted from the stay.
