Great stay! Very kind staff, good breakfast, and a super convenient location—just a 5-minute ride on the free airport shuttle. As our EasyJet flight got cancelled, the hotel offered us a free dinner upon arrival, which was a wonderful touch. Upon checkout we were asked to pay for the dinner as the free dinner was only for cancelled flights from Brussels Airline, but at the end they waived the fee.
Novotel Brussels Airport was exactly what we needed when we got delayed for two nights without our luggage, with two kids. There is a small play area in the corner of the lobby with video games, streaming TV channels, and building blocks that kept my kids busy and happy. The restaurant and bar were great, with a menu with kids and adult options, and a great staff (shoutout to Tarik who was so kind and even brought my son a hot chocolate out of season.) The whole hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The stay here made a challenging situation easier! THANK YOU!
Novotel Brussels Airport Family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child aged 8). Visited May 2026. Stayed one night as a road trip stopover on our way to Germany. Arrived late (~11pm), checked in quickly, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Beds were genuinely good — exactly what you need after a long drive. Bathroom was well finished with a proper bath, and the room had a double plus single bed setup which works perfectly for a family of three. A couple of things worth knowing: Room 148 is a long walk from the lift — pack light or be patient. There’s no free parking on site, but we found free street parking nearby using the Belgian blue disc system (11 hours max). Saved us €12. If you’re flying, there’s a free shuttle and a live departures screen at reception — useful. For road trippers like us, it’s a solid overnight stop but factor in parking. -6TAY
We stayed in Brussels for one night with our family. Since it was our child’s birthday, the hotel kindly asked in advance whether we would like a cake and some special preparation in the room, and they stayed in contact with us until our arrival. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise. The room had been decorated and there were small treats prepared for our children. They had also left a very warm handwritten note, which was a lovely personal touch. Later, they brought a beautiful birthday cake prepared with our child’s name on it and lit the candles when they served it. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Both we and our children were extremely happy. It was truly a wonderful customer experience. We would like to thank everyone involved for their kindness and effort.
Good service. Direct shuttle to airport runs till +- 22h50 less than 5 minutes away. Room is very bland. Ok for 1 night. Minibar was empty. You can't open the window, they are very well insulated against noise. You won't hear the planes. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast staff friendly. Breakfast is quite adequate.
