Honestly the cleanest hotel we've been to so far! Staff were incredibly kind and patient 🤗 We absolutely loved it!
Nice location, small, a bit worn down, but OK. Staff at front desk is very professional. If you are not picky and need a place to crash in Brussels - worth it.
It’s a cute little hotel. Don’t be disappointed with the street itself. The interior is obviously small but the rooms are five-star quality. They have a kettle for tea and instant coffee. Try to avoid basement rooms as they are close to the kitchen (which is OK if you will have to wake up early). The area around it - Saint Gille - is lovely and full of nice places to eat. The staff are just so nice and their smile is the best thing to see on the way to a nearby conference in the morning. Highly recommended.
Staff here were lovely and helpful. I was able to find it easily and having the Aldi close by was so convenient. The beds were really comfortable and heaters worked well. It’s be nice to have a fridge or microwave to store food/reheat but otherwise was great for the price point and location.
Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Neufchatel was not pleasant, even though the staff was very nice. The bathroom drain in room 41 had an extremely strong and foul smell – so bad that it woke me up during the night. In addition, the toilet flush was broken and refilled every few minutes, causing constant noise. Proper sleep was basically impossible. Also, a blue fixture on the wall behind the bed was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The staff was friendly and polite, but the room itself needs urgent attention.
