Extremely expensive for such low-quality service. I was there when it was 38 degrees outside, the room was unliveable. Only after multiple, everyday requests for a fan, reception gave me one on the third day of stay, just so I can sleep inside. Hotel is not cozy, the carpet in the room looked dirty. For this price, it's unacceptable. Would not recommend.
The room was small but adequate, the shower had good temperature controls and plenty of pressure, the bed was warm but pretty soft. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location was very central with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby.
I was traveling for work. The receptionist is very friendly, the room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. No frigo bar but good. Downstairs in the lobby it has a nice atmosphere and city centre and metro are very close
The location was really good and easily accessible on foot, by the subway, or by bus from most main attractions and points of interest. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really fresh and delish, though not with a very wide range of choices (still ok for a small 3☆ hotel), and the lady working at the breakfast area was really nice. On the downside, the carpeting in the room was really rundown and didnt look very clean. The bathtub was also old and with some bits of mildew, and I personally found the wallpapers a bit on the creepy side. I think the place may use some sort of renovation.
A good mid price hotel in a north central location of the city, a short walk from many of the attractions. The room was clean, but not fancy. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was good, price €16.
