Nice rooms, comfy beds and good facilities. The hotel is nicely located very close to bus/tram/train stations and to major tourist attraction centres. It also has a gym, meeting area and a rooftop bar that provides additional entertainment.. Good value for money 👍
The day we checked in they had a power outage. Had to wait 3 hours. Staff handled the horrible situation well under pressure. But unfortunately when we checked out in the morning the lady was at the reception was so rude and disrespectful. She must learn from her coworkers who handled the pressure situation previous day evening. Management needs to train her well. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Metro just around the corner. Rooms were clean. Old building but still worth the money.
Clean room and reconditioned and would have been quieter if Belgium hadnt won in world cup round that night resulting in honking horns outside all night. Staff very helpful in getting us early morning taxi back to station as was a good 20 minute walk through a rough area. Hotel itself a welcome upmarket hotel in an area needing regeneration but overpriced for what it was and in that area.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was comfortable and clean.. We enjoyed the ambience, views, cocktails and food in the roof top bar. Staff were attentive and approachable. They let us have our room early too. Location was excellent.
Excellent hotel in the city center. Although we had read reviews from other travelers, we didn’t have any similar experiences. Our room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. It was cleaned every day, with towels replaced and water and other amenities replenished. The hotel is nicely decorated and smells pleasant, just a few minutes from the city center. While those who look for flaws can always find something, we were very satisfied with everything.
