Small rooms but very clean and good shower. Value for money. However super unfriendly staff at check out who can’t even speak bare minimum of dutch. You are a hotel in belgium. At least know the words check out, roomnumbers and numbers. I don’t expect a whole conversation just the minimum.
Realy good hotel. Very good neighbourhood/location. Bed and cushions was perfect. Quiet, clean and modern room. Garden is amazing. Only downside was the bar. Cocktails and pre fabricated and they just serve a certain small amount; so they need loads of ice the fill up the glass.
An excellent evening at ONO 191. I had the pleasure of attending the inaugural Neighbours' Evening, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with thoughtful décor and a relaxed ambiance. The selection of food and drinks was excellent, and the live piano performance added a special touch to the evening. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout. A wonderful venue for a quality after-work gathering in the Châtelain neighborhood. Congratulations to the entire team for such a well-organized event. I look forward to returning.
I liked the place. The hotel was clean and looked nice, particularly the lobby/café area. The staffs were very nice and helpful as well. The neighborhood looked nice as well and felt safe. I did not encounter some dodgy looking persons. I just think the breakfast was quite expensive for the choices though
This is a great value for money choice. The staff are professional, friendly, human (!), the hotel is pleasant, clean, comfortable. Special mention to Lori, from the cleaning team, who was really helpful with providing an extra duvet and cleaning the room before we needed it for a work call. The only downside is the storing space and cupboards in the room that are arranged in the most useless fashion - really not thought through properly by the design team. Thanks to the team at reception too ;)
