Very friendly staff during check in. They fully explained everything, even the payment hold on your credit card. It’s got a fun and trendy vibe in line with all other Moxy hotels. Location is great and the family sized room is great for a family of four. Be ready though for their quirky way to handle hanging clothes. No closet but a grid on the wall. We only had 4 hangers so it was limited. Room was spacious though!
Location perfect because daughter lives nearby, but also walkable to the center of Brussel. Professional but pleasant service at the front desk, and likeable vibe in the front desk area, with other guest also spending their time. Room relatively spacious, the only thing I don't like is carpet on the hotel room floor. No sign of lack of cleanliness though. Thank you.
Wifi download speeds were 7mbps so it was hard to work Rooms were clean and staff was nice. AC didn’t work in either room, I messaged the staff on the app but it never got fixed. TV was also locked down by the hotel so you couldn’t change inputs on the HDMI The hotel is not really the City Center and it’s an odd area for tourists. A couple restaurants and bars for dinner but not much in the area to do
Overall a good stay, but I had a few issues keeping me from giving this place five stars. The rooms were a decent enough size for a solo traveler. Everything was in good condition because of how new the hotel was. I appreciated the small lounge chair built into the headboard. I did have a bit of trouble getting my room's HVAC to work right and found myself waking up hot or cold during the night. Early check-in was not available despite elite status. That was okay, but they promised to notify me when my room was ready and they never did. I noticed a few other service missteps during my stay. Breakfast was also comically expensive - €20 means you're still paying even with your F&B credit. There's fantastic bakeries just down the street, go there instead. The location of this hotel was pretty great. Two bus lines right outside with regular service. Bike rental station right outside the front door. And if you need to go further, the subway is a short walk away. Given the reasonable prices at this hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
Really good! Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Bed is comfy, shower is good and the room has space enough for 2 people + bags. Location is perfect!!! The bar and restaurante has a good value, not too far from the prices and quality you find in the near by area. The coworking space is really good!! The only negative point I have to say is that, at check in they give you a ticket for a welcome drink. For that, you can only choose if it's alcoholic or not, and for the alcoholic option, there is only one and it's so so so bad. Almost undrinkable (couldn't finish mine, and the couple next to us couldn't either). My suggestion is just to let people choose whatever drink you have in the menu. It's the first one of maybe many they will pay for it after that.... Anyways, would definitely stay here again!!
