Many of the reviews are overly negative and paint the location and staff in a bad light. Ive spent 2 days here in the Waterloo location and the staff have been assweet and kind and hard working as possible. My room is clean, the lady at the front desk is eager to help as much as shes able, and the cleaning staff are hard working and go the extra mile. The rooms are small and some things arent perfect, but its an old building, you cant stay here and expect a Ritz experience if youre staying here. If youre on a budget I strongly suggest staying here and taking in the local history.
I stayed 5 nights everything was good! thanks too the receptionist iris and the woman that cleanings the rooms
The stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and well organized. I arrived in the middle of the night, and the check-in process was very simple and straightforward thanks to the clear instructions.
