I done a day at the spa, to relax and unwind. They serve very tasty foods, with excellent customer service. The spa itself is grand! Very nice and very well taken care of. There is a very mature crowd, no doubt regulars, but everyone was at ease, and came to relax. The scrub session in the Turkish bath was very good, and I especially liked the two swimming pools. Well worth the price, and a day out with friends.
Warm and personalized welcome, the staff remembered me and gave me the same room as usual. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Excellent location, only 15 minutes from the city center.
I really like this place. It's such a FREE FLOW wonder. Four jacuzzi, 2 outside/2 inside, jets at sister are better though. 5 different huts outside with different saunas... One is more wood stove, another smaller but circular with blue stones, a sadly room that's lower temperature but very beautiful, a pirts that's more eastern and stone, and a more honeycomb eclips that isn't great for sessions. Inside there's a bio sauna room, panorama room, little bit narrow tucked away steam room. Not fancy but always enough room. Technically second steam room with viewing inside but only fit for maybe three people. I LOVE that it has a cold pool on TOP OF the plunge basins outside of the circular hut sauna. Infrared.... But not really sure if it's actually infrared but they have a space for it. The food is great as well as the ambiance. It definitely lacks in the number of sessions, which don't start until 2/3pm, and definitely skip ones on the "Eclipse" but more informative than other places. Generally older here. Not a fan of the staff outside of the ones that do the sessions. Rude and charge 10€ just for a towel
We had a very relaxing experience at Thermen Dilbeek. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm — ideal if you enjoy a classic wellness environment. For people who prefer a more intimate setting, I’d personally recommend comparing it with a fully private wellness experience as well. We’ve had good experiences with Saunadelizia when privacy and quiet time as a couple are a priority. Both options serve different needs, depending on what kind of wellness experience you’re looking for.
I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-run spa hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are impeccable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Maelle at reception who went to great effort to help me find a misplaced pair of eye-glasses, even though it was already one of the busiest times of the day. Kind gestures like this make all the difference to an experience. I will most definitely be returning!
