We stayed here with friends for the BTS concert. Overall, our stay was good, and the staff were very kind. However, we experienced a miscommunication regarding a taxi. We asked the reception to book a taxi for 9 people, and they said it was fine, but they didn't mention that two vehicles would be arriving. When the first taxi arrived, the driver said only 4 people could get in. We thought it was a mistake, but then a van arrived that could only take 7 people. Finally, a third taxi arrived that was able to take all of us. At that point, however, the taxi drivers started arguing with each other, and the situation became quite uncomfortable. I went back to the reception to explain what was happening. They said it was a strange situation, but they didn't do anything to help. In the end, we had to sort everything out ourselves. We had to wait for another taxi, split up into different cars, and pay more than we had originally expected. As a result, we arrived about an hour later than we had planned, which was especially frustrating since we were on our way to an important event. I think it would have been better if someone from the reception had come outside and helped us resolve the situation.
It was truly a great stay. Thanks to its size, the hotel felt cozy and easy to navigate. The staff were incredibly lovely, day and night. The location is a bit far from everything, but that’s easily managed using public transport.

The location is unbeatable if you have an early flight or a layover — convenient, quick access without the stress. The staff were welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bar area has a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. I had a very pleasant stay at Pentahotel Brussels Airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is very convenient for travelers using Brussels Airport, and the shuttle service made transportation easy and hassle-free. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern and inviting. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels.
While the hotel itself is beautiful, it would greatly benefit from removing the carpeting, installing nice flooring, and possibly giving the entire place a fresh coat of paint to refresh its appearance. The doors and windows throughout the hotel are also very dirty. I also noticed that the cleanliness at the reception area is not up to standard. If you want, I can make it more formal, more diplomatic, or stronger depending on where you plan to send it.
