After a long flight, I stopped by the terrace for a drink and a quick bite, and it was exactly what I needed. A special thank you to Dariana for her friendliness, outstanding service, and the lovely conversation. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s clear that she does her job with real passion and care, and it truly shows in every interaction. Thank you, Dariana, for making my visit so enjoyable. Keep up the amazing work!
Definitely not the best experience. Unfortunately the system was down requiring us to wait till normal checkin time despite status. Furthermore the AC was very spotty though the building and wasn’t resolved during our stay making for a very hot sleep. The staff were apologetic and service was good. Note trains to city centre are expensive and it’s a good 30/45 mins
We had an awesome experience at the hotel with our little kids. The location can't be better for an early morning flight. You just walk 100 steps across and are at the departure terminal. The rooms are comfortable and quiet despite being next to the airport. We had a small issue with the AC in one of our rooms. He arrived within 10 minutes of our call and fixed it. In room dining was good ( took about 40 mins to arrive). Totally recommend!
What can I say about this stay, the staff mentioned that coming to too early to the hotel was not cool, we were 1.5H prior to check in time. Never a problem at any other hotel in Europe as of yet. Our flight out was super early so we wanted to chill and relax before leaving... The room has a view of an weird indoor courtyard. The room was not 4-stars peeling paint in the bathroom around the shower and doors. No nightlight available in the bathroom for night use. The bed was okay and quiet enough that you couldn't here the airport or other guests next door. The ambiance "feels forgotten..." The location is the only reason for picking this hotel really. Will we stay here again.... questionable!
We joined a business meeting. The hotel is excellent place for such meetings. The location is perfect. The foods are very good. The service is also good. Only problem is parking. It cost daily 30 euros but most important thing is that no available place is left. I had to wait20 minutes to find a proper place.
