I honestly can’t remember ever staying somewhere where the entire team was so consistently kind, courteous, and attentive. From the reception team - morning, afternoon, and evening shifts - to the restaurant staff, the breakfast team, and even the housekeeping staff, every single person left a genuinely positive impression through their warmth, politeness, and thoughtfulness. The owner is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated team. Guests may come for the facilities, but they come back because of the people. This is the only hotel where every member of the team left us with such a strong feeling of kindness, goodwill, and positive energy. I sincerely hope that, beyond their salaries, the owner finds a way to recognize and reward them for the heart, care, and dedication they clearly put into their work. Thank you to the entire team. You are truly the soul of this hotel.
Location and staff were excellent. Beautiful hotel from the outside and lobby. Room was incredibly noisy from outside noise and hallway. Hard to get a good sleep. I found the room huge and clean but really needing updated. Looked worn. Watch those shower floors. Incredibly slick. Husband almost fell through the glass shower door.

A special thank you to Ilias, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday celebration unforgettable. The beautiful birthday surprise was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the entire staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The only two disappointments were that noon check in and access to the spa were full book. Also, we expected the hotel to be more family-friendly, but the pool is restricted to guests aged 18 and over, which families with children should be aware of. Overall, this was a luxurious and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again, Ilias, for making my birthday trip to Brussels so special. We look forward to returning!
We had an excellent stay at Steigenberger Wiltcher's Brussels. We booked the hotel during the recent heat wave, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The room remained comfortably cool, which made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and sleep very well. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We were also impressed by the quality of the service. Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
Great hotel with an excellent location and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great value. Service is friendly and attentive, amenities are well-maintained, and noise levels are minimal for a peaceful stay. Special mention to Front Office Manager Romain Etienne went above and beyond with customer service!! Highly recommended!
