I did not have the best experience, the manicurist did not do a good job. But the owner was very kind and tried to manage the situation as best as possible.
I booked a sugar/oriental wax because I have sensitive skin. The first appointment, they cancelled on me 4 hours before saying that their beautician was away. Second appointment, I arrived and we almost started before I had the hunch to double check it was a sugar wax, which it was not, so I left. The third time was fine, affordably priced, relatively quick but they did not do the basics like put powder for sweaty parts, it was not thorough and it really didn't take the hair from the root so it was quick to grow back. Went back a second time in case, same experience. Only giving it a 2 stars because the ladies were nice but I would not recommend for a professional or thorough wax.
I visit from time to time for massage therapy and have always been satisfied with the service. The only minor drawback is that I see a different therapist each time, which makes me a bit hesitant at first. That said, the sessions have consistently been good, and they have helped ease my muscle pain. 🙏.
