Big, clean, nicely designed room, comfortable bed. Quiet hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The location is challenging for guests that rely on public transport, but souldnt be a problem if you travel by car or can affort taxi or rideshare.
Beautiful breakfast room/restaurant with a great view. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Airport shuttle was on time but plan about 30 minutes for the ride since it stops at several other hotels.
What's not to like about this place? I love the rooms - great lighting, beautifully decorated and wonderful beds. It has a nice little gym, a great sauna and a wonderful bar with good food and drinks, with amazing views over the area of Zaventem.
I stayed one night from Thursday to Friday. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with USB-A and USB-C sockets for changing devices. The only slight downside was that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. One thing I really appreciated was that there was a water bottle that could be filled up at the fountain in the corridor. Very environmentally conscious arrangement.
Extremely clean and modern rooms. Excellent service. A shuttle runs between the airport and the hotel. To avoid missing the shuttle, ensure to walk to the entrance outside on the main road to take it. The hotel has written instructions at the main entrance but we missed them. Therefore, we missed the shuttle. The staff was kind to arrange for a quick taxi pickup. We didn’t try the hotel restaurants therefore this review is solely for the hotel.
