A world class experience! The team at Soan has done a great job crafting an elevated auditory and cocktail experience. The bartenders were the stars of the show. Knowledgeable about Ghent and local spirits/food, they were excited to share those experiences with us. And for the Hi-Fi enthusiasts, their Tannoy Speakers and Line Magnetic amplifier were a great pairing for the evening. Thank you Leahna, Matt & Ollie!

This cocktail bar sets the standards for Ghent. Very nicely decorated with the burgundy colours and African statues. It’s like you’re in a David Lynch movie. The service is very prompt, polite and friendly. Their signature cocktails are original and balances and you get enough refills of water.
One of Ghent's most beautiful cocktail bars. Signature cocktails of excellent taste in a breathtaking setting. The service is so welcoming and warm that you'll want to spend the evening here. We will definitely return on our next visit to Ghent. We will always cherish the wonderful evening we had at Soan, as the cocktails, the atmosphere, and the service were absolutely perfect. ❤️
Best cocktail bar in Gent, by far. In fact, it's one of my favourite bars that I've visited in Europe - and I make a point of going to cocktail bars wherever I go! A proper cocktail lovers' bar. Highly recommended.
