Aspria has been a great place to train, and what really stands out is the quality of the people. Christopher at reception is always genuinely welcoming and creates a very positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The fitness advisors Charlie, Jo and Max are professional, approachable and consistently helpful. I’ve also really appreciated the quality of the coaching with Alvin — knowledgeable, structured and always focused on helping you progress intelligently. Overall, a very professional club with a strong human touch.
The fitness is pretty well equiped and the maintenance is very clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming especially Hazel. Overall a great gym in the heart of the city with a wide array of classes to choose from.
Facilities and staff are super nice, everything is new and clean, and not overcrowded. It is however 10x pricier than your local basic fit, but tbh I prefer the premium experience. However giving four stars because the canteen is thievery. Paid €6 for 200ml of milk and one scoop of protein powder. Insulting frankly.
Great gym in the European area with lots of facilities, including gym, rooms for group classes, a working space, pool and sauna. The restaurant serves fresh, healthy food and has a very quiet athomosphere. I love the fact that tables are well separated there and it is not loud like other places around. The stuff is amazing, everybody is welcoming, helpful and kind, every time we enter it just feels good to be there! I need to highlight Hazel, who is an incredibly attentive and friendly receptionist.
