A warm welcome that truly makes a difference. From the moment we arrived at NH Collection Brussels Centre, we met some truly wonderful people at reception. We would especially like to thank Ono, who welcomed us and took care of us with exceptional kindness, patience and empathy, as well as Joanna and Alma, who also helped make our arrival such a pleasant experience. We had an issue with our card when trying to make the payment, as for some reason the transaction would not go through. Ono was simply wonderful. He remained incredibly calm and patient, tried several times, suggested different possible solutions and did everything he could to help us, without ever making us feel uncomfortable or rushed, even though there were other guests waiting. It is in moments like these that you really understand the true meaning of hospitality: not only professionalism, but genuine kindness, empathy and care for people. Everything about the hotel was also explained to us carefully and in great detail. We really appreciated the little touches for guests as well, such as the flavoured water available in the reception area — a simple but very welcome detail after travelling. When we went up to our room, the excellent first impression continued. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with a wonderful bed and high-quality bed linen and towels. We also appreciated the many thoughtful details: an elegant coffee and tea set, coffee machine, kettle and complimentary water, as well as a very well-equipped bathroom with a wide selection of toiletries. There is plenty of storage and luggage space, lots of hangers, good lighting and many conveniently placed power outlets for charging our devices. Ono, Joanna and Alma are truly lovely people and wonderful representatives of what genuine hospitality should be. A special thank you to Ono for his patience, kindness and for welcoming us with a smile, making us feel completely at ease from the very first moment. A wonderful start to our stay, and an experience we will remember with great pleasure. Thank you!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service and cleanliness to the overall atmosphere. A special thanks to Fernando at the reception. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, and made me feel very welcome. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel to stay in for any reason you are visiting Brussels. Facilities are nice, staff is friendly and ready to help, and breakfast has basically everything you need. AC was functioning very well even during summer swelter. Only downside I have to agree with some of the other reviews is that the elevators really live completely their own life. When calling the elevator, it takes forever to reach your floor and one of the three elevators even shows it's already there, but the doors never open. Didn't bother me, though, I can use stairs, but stating this for someone who cannot have stairs as an option. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay.
Greeted with a warm welcoming smile from reception team member, very professional, and friendly. Upon arrival he cheerful told us that we had free compmently breakfast as it was girlfriend birthday. Reception area lovely well maintained smelled lovely. Roof top bar/breakfast area lovely , breakfast choice was good,.all.fresh Room was of good size, very clean. It looked alittle tired but guess that happens. Location. Would deffo stay again. To the whole team well done. X
We had a wonderful seven night stay here! The location was great, easily in walking distance of many tourist attractions with a metro station just outside for anything a bit further. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place for a drink on the night. The staff were fantastic, all very friendly and accommodating. One member of staff (regrettably I didn’t catch his name) gave us coupons for extra drinks for our last two nights and while we didn’t actually get the chance to use them as we ended up doing other things the gesture was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the lovely stay and if we return to Brussels we will definitely be back!
