We were able to check in early because our room was free. Very helpful for us. Room is large and clean and the bed is so comfortable. As for the position, very central, close to all the main attractions of Leuven. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended as a self check In hotel that is so convenient and easy to access.

This is a wonderful accommodation, right in the middle of the center of Leuven. I forgot my entry code so called the contact person who was very friendly in helping me get in. Access is automated so can be easily organized. The accommodation is well decorated and maintained. The room itself is nicely appointed. The ac works well and can also heat the room. The bathroom was a bit cold so i needed to put on the heating and leave the bathroom door open. The bed was great. Earplugs were available if there was some noise pollution by student organizations in the backyard.
Smart tv but can't connect netflix or other apps. Support not helpful at all. Location good. Room okay. Too bad of the dirty teaspoons.
