I wanted a central hotel and this certainly ticked that box. Location is just a few minutes walk from several tram and metro stops making travel around the city so convenient. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Offering advice when asked and always greeted me with a smile. I got a room upgrade and was luck it was ready when I arrived. Room was massive but very comfortable. Connection to TV was simple, although it did say there was no tv signal. Sure this was an isolated incident and had I requested it be fixed i've no doubt it would be. No impact on me though. As stated the location is perfect, everything you need on the doorstep with a huge amount of bars, cafes snd resteraunts just minutes away. The hotel doesn't have a resteraunt but with so many options nearby I had no problem with breakfast. After checkout my bags were stored safe the whole day from 9am to 4pm. I'd absolutely recommend this for a stay in Brussels
This was one of the top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in central Europe. From the moment Diogo greeted us at the front desk till the moment we said goodbye, the feeling was always first class. The room wasn’t just ample, even for 3 people, but was elegantly decorated. The beds were very very comfortable and the view from our balcony just wonderful. But the star of it all was the beautiful, ample and delicious shower, gorgeous towels, bathrobes and soap and shampoo so delicious I wish I’ve taken more showers 😊❤️ Just perfect!
We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23, 2026. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is amazing, which is in the middle of everything. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with great guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and local attractions, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service in Brussels!
If you’re planning a trip to Brussels and want a stress free, high quality stay, OPO Hotel is a great choice. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is spotless, well maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable and very clean perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, with restaurants, shops, and major sights just steps away, making it easy to explore on foot. It also feels very safe, which is a big plus. Highly recommended.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was new, very clean, and quiet, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my first visit. The location is also a big advantage.it is close to many good restaurants and very convenient for public transport, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and I will definitely come back and stay here again.
