1) One of, if not the best infusion sessions I have had, the sauna master (did not get his name) was very attention, and took great care in his craft, spectacular! 2) A* customer service. 3) Food. I had burger and chips and apple pie for dessert, the food was very good. It wasn't cheap McDonald's burgers either, they used proper bread, and the apple pie was hot, but not too hot it burns your mouth, it went well with the ice cream. Suggestions: Maybe more food selections, and a UV light in the kitchen to ward off the flies buzzing about. I really enjoyed my time at Thermae Grimbergen and would highly recommend.
We had a very nice experience in the wellness area. It is properly divided in a nude and dressed part, and both areas have good sauna and pool options to explore - however, the nude area does have substantially more options and variety. Unfortunately, our impression quickly changed at lunch time. The food was absolutely terrible besides expensive. Plus, one of us got food poisoning from it! One thing is tasteless food, another is being unhygienic and hazardous. I would avoid this place in the end just because of that.
What a great experience! We came with a group of 8 people and had a great time. Alex tailor made our experience to the smallest detail, and we did have a lot of requests and changes. We had lunch at the restaurant also, the food was super tasty and the portions were big. Huge thanks to the waiter from Romania who showed genuine hospitality, made us feel very welcome and suggested all the good things. Massages were great also, very polite staff. All the premises were clean and taken care of, truly a great experience. Thanks Alex for organising everything for us and to all the team ! See you next time
