I love this hotel. It was so quiet. You can do easy plane spotting from your room. There were four people traveling. They gave us two whole rooms. The breakfast was amazing. They had a very good selection of juice a good selection, a sweet stuff and a very good selection of salty stuff. The beans were so good. Also, they had seven different options of syrups and jams for your bread. I tried all of them. It was delicious. Definitely better than some other hotels. The rooms were super modern and definitely worth the price. The only downside to it is that it was very far away from the Citi center you had to take a 20 minute train that cost five dollars.
I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Brussels. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and was very well equipped. The air conditioning was a huge advantage, especially during the 38°C heat wave we experienced. It kept the room cool and comfortable at all times. The reception also offered cold drinks, snacks, and personal hygiene products, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh food, so everyone could find something they liked. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels. Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and great attention to guests. I would definitely stay here again!
Overall, I’m happy with my experience staying at this hotel. The room is in perfect condition, clean and modern. Location is perfect for the travellers as it is very close to the airport. I had difficulty locating the shuttle service at the airport and ended up taking a taxi and my own expense.. Good customer service at reception.
Have stayed for 3 days from 14th to 16th May. Good hotel at the price tag which includes breakfast also. Very good hotel near the airport. Good choice for someone who comes for a business trip and wants to get to the airport. It is a bit far away from the centre of Brussels but near the airport and apprx 1 km from nearest Bus station. The room was clean and very spacious. The view was nice. We could see the sun. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. The breakfast was full with plenty of variety of foods with healthy choices as well. The staff was polite and nice. Getting to the hotel was very easy.
I have to say that we were very happy with our stay at the new Holiday Inn Express at Brussels Airport, which completely exceeded expectations. We spent one night at this stylish airport hotel in January 2026. We chose it, because of its location close to the airport and because it compared favourably price wise with similar hotels in the same area. In truth we saw it as a straightforward budget stopover, before our flight to South Africa the next day. It proved to be more than that. Check in was fast and efficient. We asked if there was any possibility of a late checkout, as our flight left at 6.00pm and were given a 2.00pm extension, without charge. The room was modern, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The biggest surprise was the free breakfast. You tend to expect a very limited offering from this type of chain hotel, but the breakfast was plentiful, with good variety and reasonable quality. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We can't fault our experience.
