Really lovely hotel, very clean and modern. The breakfast was great, loved the fruit & yoghurt & croissants. Would have liked decaff coffee in the coffee machine but you could get one from the bar. Really nice outdoor space, perfect for a drink & an unwind after a day out, love that there's sofas as well as chairs out there. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Small rooms but very comfortable and clean. The public areas are very well maintained with plenty of space. Convenient, quiet location and very good value. No kettle or tea/coffee making in the room was not ideal. Felt slightly rushed out by cleaning staff knocking on the door at 10am despite check out being at 12.
We had a wonderful stay at Motel One Bruxelles. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and the bathrooms were excellent — the showers were especially spacious and convenient. The interior design throughout the hotel is modern, stylish, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The terrace deserves a special mention! It’s a fantastic place to unwind after a long day, and the bar offers great drinks at very reasonable prices. We’d also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Ukrainian receptionist who checked us in on 07.07.2026 at around 5:00 PM. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to all of our needs. Her kindness, efficiency, and positive attitude made a great first impression and made us feel genuinely welcome. We hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable team member she is. Thank you for a great experience—we would be happy to stay here again!
Excellent stay at Motel One Brussels! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Motel One Brussels and was thoroughly impressed. This is a very good hotel that perfectly combines modern design, great comfort, and outstanding service. The rooms are stylish, clean, and well-equipped – exactly what you need after a full day exploring the city. What really stood out was the excellent cuisine in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety of options. Breakfast was particularly impressive with high quality and plenty of choices. The staff deserves special praise – friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. Their warm attitude made the whole stay feel truly welcoming. Location is also a big plus, just a short walk from key attractions in Brussels. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Brussels. Highly recommended! 👍
Great experience staying here for 2 nights. Beds were comfy, staff were friendly and able to make recommendations on a variety of things, quick check in and check out, immaculate rooms and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Only minor downside is slightly small room but it only felt small because the beds were nice and big I think! Highly recommend.
