We booked a 2-hour session. We asked for a tour of the facilities and received a warm welcome. The atmosphere was soothing, with the option to choose your preferred music. The jacuzzi and pool were very large, pleasant, and easily adjustable (jets, temperature). The hammam and sauna were also very comfortable for two people. Everything was spotless. The place was full of thoughtful touches: a refrigerator (where you can store your own drinks; a minibar is also available for a fee), tea, flavored water, dried fruit (delicious!), toiletries, sanitary products, a hairdryer, and more. We'll be back!

A wonderful experience at Neva Spa! The place is absolutely stunning, decorated with exquisite taste and very pleasant. A truly relaxing moment in a beautiful setting. A big thank you also to the lady who greeted us: she was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm from beginning to end. Her hospitality truly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable.
