I had a very pleasant stay for 6 nights at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is in good condition, clean and quiet. They let me to check in and stay at my room when I arrived around 1300. This hotel is in a nice location. With 10 minutes walk you can catch the train at Diegem with 2.6€ to the city center, Brussels noord, central station etc. Also some bus stations nearby such. There are several supermarkets nearby such as Lidl, Carrefour express with 10-30 minutes walk.
I booked a room for 6 nights at this hotel. The hotel personnel were nice and friendly, which was the highlight of the stay. However, there was no housekeeping during the entire 6 days — and I didn’t even exceed a week. Be aware: don't be surprised if the shuttle bus doesn’t arrive or gets canceled without notice. That’s exactly what happened to me and other guests waiting for the shuttle bus. The hotel staff can’t help you with this matter — you will need to book an Uber or taxi if that happens, so make sure you allow enough time for that. On a positive note, the train station is close by to reach the city. Also, don’t book parking in advance — you can park your vehicle on the street close to the hotel. A grocery store is nearby as well. Overall, fine for basics, but don’t rely on housekeeping or the shuttle.
We stayed only one night before an early flight. Although no bar or restaurant was available on sight, the hotel next door only steps away had these amenities. When we checked into our room the temperature was locked onto 25 degrees Celsius with an error message on the thermostat so no way to turn it down. Additionally, the tv remote control was missing. We went to the registration desk immediately where they happily issued us a new room:) Gold star for fixing the situation! The free airport shuttle was a welcomed amenity. For an early flight we would stay again.
