We stayed on the top floor with our young son at the end of July. Whilst the hotel presents well and is close to tourist areas - the hotel room was unclean, multiple layers of dust and dirt in the carpet and average cleaning in the bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights and this did not change... The window also did not safely close and clattered even in low wind. A note that the square at the front of the hotel is busy, noisy until late at night and then early in the morning. This may be fine if the room is inset but square facing windows will hear it.

We had an absolutely delightful and seamless stay at ibis Brussels off Grand Place. The location is simply perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions. Thanks to this fantastic central spot, exploring Brussels and walking everywhere was incredibly convenient. Our room was surprisingly spacious and exceptionally comfortable, offering a wonderful view that made our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the extremely polite, friendly, and helpful reception staff. They answered all our questions genuinely and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The room service was highly efficient, professional, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met instantly. The morning breakfast earned full marks from us, featuring a rich variety of delicious options. Starting the day with such a clean, satisfying, and energizing breakfast buffet prepared with fresh products was a highlight. With its prime location, comfortable rooms, and flawless service, I highly recommend this hotel and thank the entire team.

Rooms were small but clean. The location is super convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. It's also just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and other tourist attractions. The hotel bartender, Aries, was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us tips on the best places to eat in the city and even recommended some beers for us to try.

We wrapped up our family trip to Europe with a couple of days in Belgium. The front desk staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The hotel is also right near the Grand Platz and a few minutes walk to Brussels Central Station which was great since we took the train to Bruges and Ghent. Since it is near the Grand Platz be aware that the area just outside will be busy with people. Breakfast is not included but you can ask the staff to add you each day before or there is bar/cafe attached to the hotel as well. I wish the rooms had a mini fridge but they don't so just a heads up if you need it. My only other issue was that the ACs were off for the season. I've cone across AC issues in Europe before but in a nice modern hotel like this I think the customer should decide on their room temperature. Other than that I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly located just off the Grand Place — super convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area is lively and full of energy. The room is on the smaller side, but well-equipped with everything you need. A special thank you to Dylan and Ilenia for your thoughtful arrangements — you made my Brussels trip absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!
