I stayed for three nights. My first room (228) smelled strongly of cigarettes, and although I was moved to room 221, the smell was still noticeable. The room was clean but had several maintenance issues (broken toilet paper holder, damaged shower glass, very low shower pressure), and the AC was making unusual noises. Breakfast was okay, but during breakfast on the last day a staff member approached me several times asking me to pay an extra €14, even though I had already prepaid it through Booking. Booking later confirmed the mistake was on the hotel’s side, and I was also charged double city tax. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.
