Good experience but the smoke machine was working in overdrive and not stopping, making it a bit much. Fast service as usual but drinks are still too expensive compared to other places. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Our screen got blocked for several times and we had to restart it every time. Today Sunday, there was a waitress and a waiter, apparently the guy was in a higher level than the girl. He was absolutely rude when bringing the drinks. He was like a ghost, breaking into the room that fast that we only could hear the door slamming and then finding our drinks somewhere. The girl was polite and careful, smiling and kind. We wanted to change the room but it wasn't possible (in spite of having plenty of rooms empty). Not recommended if you are early 20s and want to sing songs out of the regular ones bc you won't find any on their playlists.
We had great fun, but the service is horrible. We ordered snacks in advance and all the drinks upon arrival and it took them ages. It was the second time we were there and it was the same story both times. You can’t have one person doing everything-dealing with technical issues, serving drinks and preparing snacks. First time we were there the person working said that the colleague did not show up so he is alone for everything, but it was the same second time,only kne person was working so it seems it is rather a practice. We will consider going elsewhere next time-I simply can’t accept that drinks arrive/or you need to go and pick them up in order to get them 45mins after arrival and snack not even then. Sorry, lot of place for improvement. On the other side, place is nice and if not for bad service we would certainly be back without hesitatation
