I had a great stay here. We booked one night, and my parents and I had reserved a family room. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready yet, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, so that wasn't a problem. When we returned later, our room was ready, and to our surprise, we had been upgraded for free to two separate rooms. A special thank you to Sarah (front desk manager. I hope I got the name right), who helped us and made the experience even better. It was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to the main train station and only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.
My stay is just getting started, thus far excellent starting at the front desk with check in and inquiries. The staff is friendly and client focused with great humor. All multi lingual and we learn from each other in conversation about language and all to do in Brussels. Very welcoming. Room is good, it took a minute to figure out the shower once I understood the levers was great. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was enjoyable, ample selection of breads and fruit with eggs, meats, cereal, yogurt, and great coffee machines. Friendly staff.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view over the city. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. What truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine care throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return.
I have been a loyal guest here for many years. Why? One of the most iconic hotel lobbies in Brussels ❤️ Beautiful rooms and amenities. A gym unusually well equipped for a hotel. Excellent service. Friendly, warm and helpful staff. This place is truly my home away from home.
A beautiful hotel that is centrally located to all that Brussels has to offer! Walkable to almost everywhere! Rooms were great condition, and they always kept the rooms very clean and comfortable! The front desk was helpful and always had a smile! The breakfast was very tasty and always set us up for a great day! The view of the Grand Palace was quite beautiful! Would absolutely come and stay here again on the next trip
