Reasonably price hotel, about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Brussels. There are plenty of amenities nearby with supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. If you need parking I would recommend booking well in advanced as they were unable to accommodate us. The rooftop pool is a bonus.
Safe location, nice industrial architecture. I had a double room at the 4th floor, just below the swimming pool. Swimming pool was busy when I went (Friday afternoon during the heat wave), but I managed to find a small space for me, which was nice. Room had a nice private shower room, air-con and TV with international channels. Reception Staff was very nice and kindly stored something in the fridge for me overnight! Recommended.
Nice hotel with cool stylish design, but staff are not the friendliest or most helpful. The rooms are good size, but there isn’t a proper desk, if you need to work, or much storage. The bathroom strangely has a long fabric shower curtain that sits outside the little tub, so not only the curtain itself gets and remains wet (since it isn’t plastic), so does the bathroom floor. There is a pool on the roof, but it is more like a long jacuzzi than an actual pool. The pool rooftop is a nice place to sit and relax, though it could be busy given how small it is. People can bring their food and drinks around the pool, which is nice and convenient, but also you could end up with groups of drunk young lads and loads of beer cans around — as it was for a couple of my days. The bar/restaurant downstairs was not working most of the times I checked — it wasn’t very clear to me what function it had. People at the rooftop bar were nice and friendly. While you can hang around after your checkout, but be warned that they don’t provide any services like shower or changing room if you use the pool after your check out. Overall, a nice hotel in a really nice area, but not the most customer friendly.
One of the best hotels in Brussels. Super chic, friendly staff, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast was great fresh everything including fresh pain au chocolat and croissants. Definitely stay here again.
JAM is a design hotel with a rooftop pool and cocktail bar, ideal if you want to stretch the day with a moment of relaxation. The atmosphere is vibrant, but the rooms remain a quiet cocoon. A great choice if you arrive the evening and want to ease into your bubble right away.
