Had a really great time at Maison Arya, Carla was wonderful, waited for us to check-in and messaged us throughout. Breakfast was really nice and diverse, and the coffee was great! Our room (family one) was very spacious and the shower was really great, they also have Nespresso pods in the rooms which were a lovely touch. The location is great with good transport links, we were there for the BTS concert at the stadium and it took us about 20 mins to get there, Grand Place and other attractions are also a short walk away and plenty of cafes and restaurants 3 mins walk away. Overall, we had a fabulous stay!
Clean, cosy and a good bed. No street noise. Nice breakfast. Also easily accessible and right next in the city centre.
Due to extreme weather, and subsequent cancellation of all transportation to Brussels, I was forced to cancel my stay at Maison Arya. Despite electing to not choose the cancellation insurance, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and provided me with a voucher to stay at Maison Arya Brussels in the future. I am very thankful for the exceptional customer service, and look forward to staying there in the future. EDIT: We finally had our fantastic stay at Maison Arya. We arrived after the lobby closed, however our keycard was ready and I was texted straightforward instructions on how to enter the hotel. We had a smaller room, which was still sufficiently spacious and tidy upon arrival. The bed was nice and wide, pillows were nicely firm, yet soft enough. Breakfast ended at 10.30AM, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet had all you needed to start the day. We had a little miscommunication about our reservation, however the staff was extremely helpful and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. This allowed us to continue our wonderful stay. When I'm in town again, I will definitely book a room at Maison Arya!
Nice hotel just near St Katherine's Square, and only a short walk into the centre of Brussels. It's fairly quiet and the staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is more than adequate, but can run out quickly. Rooms are comfy and spacious, however, there is nowhere to hang your clothes apart from 3 small disc hooks (of which one of ours was broken),which is disappointing for the price and claim of being a boutique hotel.
