If you're going for the view alone its really nice! Food was decent.. but the FLAT bread with tzatziki sauce was NOT real flat bread and had zero garlic it. Fried chicken was decent, along with cheese croquettes and shrimp tempura. Service can use an improvement. I had to go find them to order, find them for utensils etc. every time.
A local recommended this spot to me, and the view is really beautiful. It's also free to go up there, which is a bonus. If you're looking for a nice place to have a drink and relax in the evening, this is a great choice. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're visiting Brussels.
Fist time coming here, as a Brussels girlie! It was nice weather, cool view ! It doesn’t feel as authentic as other more down to earth (litteraly) bars in Brussels BUT I guess that’s what they offer as a « cool » rooftop ?! If you wanna have a drink with collegues or something more fancy why not but this won’t be my local spot. Drinks were expensive and we took the Gin from the house (with the cranberry juice) not that good ! Wouldn’t recommend that drink. But all in all, nice experience, the view is amazing so I will come back on occasion.
First time at Rooftop 58 in Brussels tonight, and what an amazing experience! Stunning location, beautiful weather, breathtaking view over the city, and a really great atmosphere. We enjoyed some excellent Belgian beers, delicious burgers, and perfectly crispy fries. The service was friendly and efficient, and the whole place felt very comfortable and well organized. Absolutely worth visiting at least once in your life if you are in Brussels. One important tip: reservation is definitely necessary, especially on nice evenings. Highly recommended!
One of my traditions while traveling is visiting rooftops in the cities I go to. I was looking for a rooftop to visit in Brussels — and this is Rooftop 58. I liked the atmosphere and the city panorama. The choice of non-alcoholic drinks is not very big, but there are still a few options. The only downside is that finding the entrance in the building is quite a quest. I would suggest giving better directions or explanations on how to find the right entrance.
