We arrived as a couple at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is very nicely decorated and all the staff at the hotel were very nice, patient and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the service was so good that we received an email after leaving the hotel that we had forgotten an item in the room and they were willing to send it to our country. We would definitely recommend.
I recently stayed at this hotel in room 6050, and it was absolutely magnificent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. A special mention goes to Anna at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my stay. Honestly, she might be the best receptionist I’ve ever met. Efficient, friendly, and always with a smile, even when I probably asked too many questions. If all hotels had an Anna, traveling would be twice as easy and twice as enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I had a really nice stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brussels. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. A worker called Naomi (or something similar) was especially friendly and made the experience even better with her kindness and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

We especially appreciated your environmentally conscious approach — the idea of being able to refill water bottles in the hallway is excellent and very thoughtful. Another highlight was the amazing fragrance throughout the corridors and lobby, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. #EasterStay We would gladly return anytime and will happily recommend the hotel to others. Amazing! Booked very spontaneously, yet you delivered on every level. The attention to detail is clearly evident. Beautiful design throughout the hotel, high room standards and an excellent breakfast. Even the coffee stands out, which is an important detail. Special thanks to Didier and Imane for the warm hospitality - well appreciated and we'll be back soon! Update: Excellent handling of lost & found via Faundit. Quick responses from the team & fast delivery. Even looks like they took the extra time to take care of my garments. Well done!
