Not fantastic. Old rooms. Dubious cleaning. Almost zero service. Platinum membership gets you absolutely nothing. I'd probably avoid and mool for other options next time, even if i'm an Accor member. Felt more like an Ibis budget than a normal Ibis.
Okay room that could have used a more thorough cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Very close to the ING Arena. It takes five minutes on foot after a concert to be at the hotel which is extremely convenient. Sound insulation was not that good, could hear people talk, doors close, and showers used. Friendly people at the front desk. Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was actually fairly nice. Unfortunately there was no clear allergy labeling. Just a sign that said to ask a member of staff. I find this is a hassle. Clear symbols on the labels that are already next to the food items shouldn't be a difficult thing to add.
It is okay for one night. Location was good to the stadium. The room is a bit older. The staff was really unfriendly. Parking is kind of confusing because you pay for 10€ but afterwards you can even move your car because there will be a possibility that you won’t get the space.
Location is good as its is near atomium and mini europe. Rooms Which we got is not so clean, bathroom smells awful for days. Airconditiining was not functional, gave complaint on day 1 but not fixed during our stay. We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast buffe is good and sufficient. Reception people are very friendly and helpful. They changed the sheets daily, which is good. Beds are confortable to sleep. Overall experience is ok but not so good for a three star hotel.
