Liman was amazing. The staff was so lovely and the room - oh so lovely and attention to detail. Walking distance to Botanique Metro stop and also the main central station isnt far and the trams or bus could get you there. Amazing views from the rooftop and great food from Zeyya restaurant too. I loved it alot.
I had a fantastic stay at Liman Hotel in Belgium. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Matthias, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend Liman Hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!
A beautiful, modern hotel right in the heart of Brussels! Since the Airbnb we had originally booked was in very poor condition, we had to find a new place to stay at the last minute. The Liman gave us a very warm welcome, and we were able to check into a lovely room straight away. Both the breakfast and the dinner were delicious. On one morning, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy breakfast, so we asked if it would be possible to buy two croissants to take with us. They even offered them to us for free, which was a lovely gesture. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We felt truly comfortable and would happily stay here again.
We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is beautiful and smells wonderful. However the room layout meant very little privacy in the bathroom, in fact none at all, worth considering if you’re travelling with others. The breakfast is until 10am however on arrival at 9:15 on 2 mornings there were items missing - tea selection, hot water, croissants etc - all of which had not been replenished which was disappointing. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was quite blunt and aware there was no hot water but at no point refilled this. On the second day our room was not cleaned - we had the do not disturb sign on until 10am then switched it to please make up the room but it was never done. The aircon unit was a traditional wall cassette and whilst being good at regulating the temperature even in a heat wave it did rattle all night. The shower drain was blocked on my first shower and the shower overflowed, again on the first day I noticed hair on the walls of the bathroom where they had been wiped. The rooms were not well insulated from the noise of the corridor and the road outside is quite noisy throughout the night too. Whilst the tram line is close and the walk in to the city centre takes around 10-15minutes I would say the hotel is not situated in the nicest area. I wouldn’t stay here again as I feel some basics need sorting that their nice decor isn’t really covering.
We had a truly excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From the outset, the staff were really friendly. we encountered a concern regarding the privacy of the toilet facilities in our original rooms. The management addressed the matter promptly and provided an additional room with a kings sized bed which was very nice of them. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained. In particular, the bathroom facilities were excellent, offering high-quality toilet amenities, including well-stocked toiletries. Its location is another significant advantage, with excellent public transport connections allowing convenient access to the city centre within approximately ten minutes. Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. We would not hesitate to return and confidently recommend it to others.
