Excellent tennis club with nice courts and very sociable people . great coaches and a welcoming atmosphere. There are many tennis activities to attend including social tennis, internal league as well as inter-clubs. Recommended !
Saunas, Gardens and amenities were good. Great for those who need to work from home and manage their children activities in the same time. Good location. Pool was okish although busy. Too much chlorine for my liking. Some of the showers in the wellness area need a little bit of work.
A heartbreaking decline of a former Brussels sanctuary I have been a quiet, paying member at Aspria Avenue Louise for quite some time, using it as a place to decompress after long days of work. Sadly, the atmosphere has completely deteriorated, and I can no longer recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-end wellness experience. The physical facilities have had ongoing issues - frequent maintenance delays, fluctuating pool temperatures, and broken equipment - but the real issue lies in how the club is currently run under the General Manager, Arnaud Micheels. There is an incredibly hostile approach to customer relations. When I politely brought up a billing error and a concern about facility hygiene, I expected a standard professional response. Instead, I was met with shocking defensiveness. Shortly after voicing my concerns, my membership was abruptly terminated with zero prior warning or discussion. When I tried to resolve the matter in person, the management’s immediate reaction was to escalate the situation, even threatening to call local law enforcement over what was a simple civil and administrative inquiry. It was deeply humiliating and incredibly unprofessional for a venue that brands itself as a luxury escape. To make matters worse, the front desk and administrative staff seem visibly stressed and uncomfortable, which completely ruins the relaxed, welcoming vibe the club used to have. If you are looking for a stress-free premium gym in Brussels, please save yourself the headache. The premium price tag here no longer buys you luxury service; it buys you a high-conflict environment and administrative hostility. I am deeply disappointed by how this club has changed.
We had such an amazing time at this hotel. We were a group of 10 people traveling for business and we stayed for 1 week. The service level here is very high and each and every employee we met went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and positivity. I travel 1-3 times per month all over the world, and I can honestly say that the stay here at Aspria is in my top 3 experiences. The rooms are really nice, and the food was amazing too. Thank you to the whole Aspria team from emagine Consulting Group
The place is fine. But there are more cons than pros. 1. classes are diverse and really fine. + 2. It has nice restaurant with super affordable prices and great menu + 3. Profs and classes are amazing + 4. You can book your classes through the app, easily + ——— 5. Musculation area is not the best. Other gyms can offer better quality and more options - 6. Area when classes are taking place are not cleaned at all. A lot of dust, awful smell, dirty spots on windows and mirrors (same spots that aren’t cleaned for months) - 7. 15% of lockers are broken (won’t open and won’t close.) - 8. If you go to pool and you’re allergic, you’re gotta get an incredible allergy(like I did) - 9. Price is around 230-300 a month. Ok , but for the issues you might get here is not ok - And the main issue I had here, is that despite my medical condition and official medical certificate when I couldn’t (and was prohibited) to visit classes… even after giving all the necessary medical papers(it was severely bad condition) , I STILL HAVE TO PAY 600 euros of fine. After consulting with my doctor and with lawyer, what’s happening here is illegal. But still.. So be aware, that no one cares. No matter what happens, they’ll still be insisting on you paying a membership even if you can’t use it. (Unless you cancelled your membership 1 or 2 months before factually canceling it) P.S. I signed a contract only for 3 months. So I had a right to cancel my subscription as I want after the contract is due. + I’ve been told by a membership consultant that the membership can be easily cancelled if something goes wrong(LIE) Plus, It was a period after the contract I signed was ended. And I’m not talking about medical certificate I got, that prohibits any physical activity for few months There are gyms much better than that, and it’s not about money. just saying ;)
