I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and it was a good experience. The hotel is located between the central and north train stations. The hotel room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Room doesn't have a safe or refrigerator but safes are available at the lobby. Surrounding area is OK during the day but shady at night. The city center is a :15 walk thru a good area. Not too many restaurants around the hotel but there is a grocery store 2 blocks away. The best thing about this hotel is the outstanding customer service. Two employees, Alex (female) and Mateo are real super stars. They immediately assisted me with all my issues and request of which I had a lot of. I asked to change rooms and they did so no questions asked. Furthermore, they provided me with a lot of helpful information about Belgium & Brussels. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
very friendly staff - service and rooms are good. The cleaning staff was extremely nice. Location wise, the hotel is quite close to the center but a bit too close to gare du Nord where a lot o sketchy characters are present. However, I felt quite safe - plenty of police around. Onc tip - use the botanique meteo station rather then rogerio - much nicer and safer on that side.
Spent 3 nights. Super friendly reception, they helped me for an online meeting with a silent place☺️ Room was great at 6th floor. Very close to Train Station and Turkish Street with many good restaurants. Highly Recommended👍🏼
Here for 2 nights for business. Friendly reception and clean rooms. Right beside the train station. Very basic rooms and amenities. Rooms definitely smellt of smoke. Shower would change temperature from boiling to cold and the shower door was broken. Woke up with unusual bites on my arm, which is a first. I'm expecting bed bugs. Overall, fine to put the head down for the evening.
