From entrance to the customer service and from Rooms to the Breakfast Table and Checkout everything was amazing tbh. The Staff is Super cooperative and friendly including all morning, evening and night shifts. The Location of the Hotel is 10/10 you get all the major attractions of the city along. Perfect Walk Score. Highly Recommend for Brussels!
Older hotel, but vert confortable, good bed and air conditioning. Breakfest is nice.
Perfect location, good pricing (room+breakfast was one of the cheapest in the area), professional staff. On the other hand, not too comfy beds, old materials (even the towels were clean but super old), a maid got into the room in the morning, waking us - just opened the door and got in(!). Altogether a decent choice for the area.
