A lovely, intimate hotel with a warm and welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also rich, fresh, and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
I stayed here with a friend last week and I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The interior is beautiful, the rooms are well maintained and clean and I loved the breakfast they offered as there were a huge variety of food suitable for every person’s that comes here preferences (vegetarian, vegans etc.). However the staff were the ones who truly made my first stay in Brussels special. They were all so accommodating and sweet. Especially Joachim, who was very tentative and helpful when it came to recommendations to what to do here. 10/10 hotel and will definitely come back again.
I stayed at this hotel in July and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including several non-dairy alternatives, which can often be difficult to find. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. What truly made this trip so memorable, however, was the outstanding staff—especially Joachim. He speaks fluent English, making communication effortless, and on very short notice he went above and beyond to help with any of my requests. His professionalism, local knowledge, and approaching all tasks with genuine passion made my stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Overall, the stay was great. It would have been perfect if I had been greeted with a smile during check-in. We arrived after a few hours on the train and were welcomed by a staff member with a rather sour expression, even though I greeted him with a smile. The room was decent, although a little small. There is a water dispenser near the lift, as well as a restaurant and shop in the lobby. I personally loved the lobby area, especially the greenery and the outdoor seating space. The location is convenient too. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Brussels Noord Station and about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place. Along the way, I passed many shops and souvenir stores. There’s also a Starbucks right outside the hotel, which was very convenient.
We arrived at this beautiful hotel in Brussels today and had a small problem. The receptionists, Samir and Gergely (Night operations Manager) helped us out so competently, friendly and quickly. We were absolutely thrilled with their efforts! The hotel itself is really gorgeous. Our room is very large, stylishly and modernly furnished and spotlessly clean. The location in Brussels is excellent, too. We really can't complain about anything and everything is perfect in this Hotel.
