Great room but no baby changing facilities in the hotel lobby toilets, reception staff incredibly rude and dismissive when I changed a baby in the lobby on departure when we had checked out, telling me there were other places to change them. No changing facilities in the toilets and was told to change them on the sink in the ladies or the floor.. bad end to a good trip.
I had a wonderful stay at nh Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from the front desk—especially Ovidiu. I arrived on a red-eye flight, completely exhausted, and his warm friendliness and professionalism immediately made a very positive impression. He went above and beyond to assist with an early check-in, which I deeply appreciated, and even arranged a room with a fantastic view—such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. As I will be checking out and returning to the hotel a day later, he also took the initiative to help note and arrange my special request for my next room booking, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was clean, neat, and very comfortable. One small note: if you opt for a city view room, there can be some noise from street busking and pedestrian traffic, which may affect light sleepers. That said, it wasn’t an issue for me and didn’t take away from the overall experience. The location is excellent—within walking distance to almost everything, as long as you’re reasonably mobile, making it very convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was also decent, with good food quality. That said, I would have preferred a slightly wider selection of warm food. I’d also like to highlight the housekeeping team, who were consistently friendly and greeted us warmly whenever we crossed paths—it added a nice personal touch to the stay. As a Discovery Titanium member, I’ve experienced many hotel loyalty programs, including Marriott and Accor, but I must say the service here ranks among the very best. The genuine care and attentiveness shown by Ovidiu truly elevated my stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and outstanding hospitality!
An exceptional hotel! the location is perfect, right in front of the square. You can visit the main sights in a short time. and if you want to go outside Brussels, the station is also a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is very rich and varied. Great recommendation!!!
