I had an amazing stay at NH Brussels Grand Arenberg during my visit to Brussels. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. Attractions, such as Galeries Royales Saint Hubert, Cathédrale Saints-Michel-et-Gudule, and Grand-Place de Bruxelles, were within easy walking distance of the hotel. A special thank to Maria H., who was incredibly professional and kind through my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensure that my trip was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and would happily stay here again.
Exceptional service and a beautiful property!Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Our room was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true luxury experience! The receptionist Ovidiu was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional throughout our stay. Many thanks to Mihaela, for the breakfast offered, an exceptional spread of fresh, local delicacies. The location is fantastic, enough to feel like a private retreat, a short walk from all the main sights and premier shopping places.

NH is a good hotel with reasonable price. It is just 10 mins walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy. Room cleaning everyday is just like just moves it. The counter service is also good. In particular, Anna gives me very detailed information for the places I wanted to go. Thanks Anna@
Stayed here during my Europe trip. The best part of the hotel is definitely the location — everything in Brussels is easily accessible and very convenient for tourists. Staff was helpful and the stay was comfortable overall. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit small, and the breakfast area could use more space during busy hours. Still, a good hotel choice for exploring Brussels
