Great location in the heart of the city, easy process in and out. Only complaint for us was the soft bed . Love that we had a close up view of the Lightseeker across the road.
Check in was difficult. The 50 euro deposit did not work, even though I tried multiple devices, multiple credit cards, and networks. Communication with them was slow and inefficient even though I called and texted many times, the front desk did not really help. Out of desperation I had to do the non refundable 14 euro "insurance" which worked. At the end of the stay they agreed to pay it back which I appreciate. Also, the front desk is a 35 minutes walk from the room, which was not clear in the listing, so the promise of keeping your bags after check out is kind of meaningless since it's so far away. Room and location was good though. And the room was clean with AC. The 3 stars reflects the lack of transparency and lack of help from the desk for the check in and the unclear front desk situation. I would not recommend this room if you weren't hoping for a fully online check in/check out with potential issues, or if you were hoping to leave your bags after check out.
The room was great. No place to leave luggage, online check-in was flaky, and the "front desk" was in another part of town.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Brussels. It's our first time visiting the city and we stayed just for a night as we needed a central double room with aircon during the European heatwave! The balcony was my favorite part, but there is beautiful decor, impeccably clean, smooth online check-in and digital code.
I stayed here in February 2026. I think I was the first person to stay in this place. It was very well kept with all the listed amenities. The location is perfect for exploring brussels (in the city centre and next to all the good restaurants and tourist stuff). We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again
