Good stay, despite a strange experience with the parking I stayed at the B&B Hotel and, overall, my stay went very well. The hotel was pleasant, and I have nothing negative to say about the night I spent there. The only downside was the parking, which I found quite expensive, with very few spaces available. I was also surprised by the night service: the staff member initially suggested that I pay for the parking in cash, even though it was perfectly possible to pay by card. In the end, I paid by card, but I was not given any proof of payment. I also admit that I did not think to ask for one at the time. The next morning, his colleague asked me for proof of payment because she could not find any record of it in their system. After I explained what had happened, she also found the situation with the night service rather strange. Apart from this incident, I had a very good night and an enjoyable stay.
Nice B&B styled Hotel next top the Airport. Train Station Diegem is next top the Hotel, Trip to Bruxelles City every 30 min. Very huge car Garage available, 20€ per Night. Also nice Breakfest. Coffee and Water available 24/7 at Reception. Thank you very much.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were delighted with our experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We had no issues during our stay. Even though the hotel is close to the airport and the train station, our room was very quiet. We were able to fully enjoy our time in Brussels and the BTS concert! :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!
While there are minor items for improvement, these were nothing compared to the positive experiences such as free drinking water, coffee, & dark chocolate drinks at the lobby. On some days when we didn’t have our room cleaned & towels changed, we got a voucher that can be redeemed at the bar. We appreciated the shoe cleaner machine close to the elevators on ground floors. Most of all, I got help breaking my bag padlock. It was an unusual request & the gentleman at concierge & maintenance person calmly helped me which I very much appreciated!
A short 7 minute drive from the airport, this hotel offered the perfect location as well as nice rooms. If you’re in need a room for a nice before a flight, this is a great budget option. The hotel is new, the hallways still have a scent of new carpet. The rooms are small but have everything you’d need. The staff were friendly and they had easy parking. Would stay again!
