Not a bad hotel for the price, and the location is convenient for a lot of things as well. The bed was quite comfortable, shower was a decent size, and it's got everything you'd need whether you're staying for a single night or a few. Full size pillows would be better, but the ones that are on the bed are comfy enough
Great hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, even better than some 5 star hotels I’ve been to. The hot water wasn’t working one morning, and I just informed the front desk before I left for the day (no big deal, she assured me it would be back within 20 min but I didn’t have time to go back). When I came back to my room, they had done a full room cleaning as a gesture of good will (something they only do once every 6 days). All in all, a great stay and would highly recommend.
The hotel is very nice, modern, and clean. Housekeeping service is provided every other day, but the staff at the front desk are always happy to provide anything you need at any time, such as extra towels, which I needed often. The bed was clean and very cozy. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. The location is excellent, and the price was very reasonable for what we received. Just note that early check-in costs 15 euros, and storing your luggage before check-in costs 5 euros.
Honestly, not bad at all for the price. It's a new hotel with clean and modern amenities. It’s definitely more of a 'no-frills' setup rather than a full-service hotel, but it works out perfectly if you're just looking for a base to explore. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Brussels—though it can get a little noisy. Still, a great room for a fair price.
Look, I always say a good bed and a good shower are the bare minimum a hotel must have. This one has both. The only thing I’d mention is that the AC is centrally controlled and they turned to heating on our first night which made our room very warm. You couldn’t switch it back to Cool. Other than that, location and everything else was good.
