Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the main, historic areas of Brussels. Really friendly staff. Reception area is well decorated and the entire hotel was really clean. Provided luggage storage on checkout and room was ready for early check-in. Rooms are a little dated but was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Lovely view of the church from our window. Would stay again.
The location is fantastic. Really close to the city centre tourist sights and near great bars and pubs. Breakfast was good and no real complaints. The rooms are fairly basic with no safe provided and basic facilities inside the rooms. They're quite tight (especially the bathroom) but if you can get a good deal, it's probably still worth it. The air con barely works in the room so that could also be an issue on very hot days! I opted for a 'sweet room' expecting an updated fresher decor, but I still felt the room looked old so I'm not even sure if I had an updated room or not (but I definitely paid for one)
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything. The hotel itself is extremely clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived around 11 AM, even though check-in was later, but since our room was ready, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which helped us a lot after our trip. They also handled our luggage professionally and safely both during check-in and check-out. Everything felt very organized and secure. The rooms were beautiful and honestly much better than expected. They are definitely not as small as some people mention online — we found them more than sufficient and very comfortable. I can genuinely say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay and would absolutely come back again.
The hotel's strongest points are definitely the staff and the high hygiene standards. The reception team was extremely friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. There was also a dedicated area to store our luggage. The modern design and meticulous cleanliness of the rooms made our stay very comfortable. Our room had a wonderful view of a church, and we woke up to the sound of bells in the morning. While the location is a 10-15 minute walk from historical sites, its proximity to high-quality restaurants and shops more than makes up for it. A few technical details to keep in mind: - Room Size: The rooms and bathrooms are quite small. As a couple, we struggled to find enough space to open two carry-on suitcases comfortably. The shower area is also very narrow. - Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided as a 3-in-1 product in a single bottle; having these separately would have been a nicer touch. Also, there is no bidet shower. - Electronics: There was only one usable power outlet in the room. I highly recommend bringing a power strip or a multi-plug adapter with you. Overall, we were very pleased with the staff's attentiveness and the cleanliness. Thank you!
Our stay was amazing. The hotel is very well located, close to everything and right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Lines 1 and 5. During Christmas, it’s an excellent choice, as most of the main Christmas markets are nearby. On top of that, the staff is truly the best within the Ibis network. Two team members saved my best friend’s birthday by being incredibly helpful and open to finding solutions for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
