We stayed here for the weekend, nice check in experience. Overall service was good, the hotel is next to Brussels Noord and about 20min walk from the center. The employees on the desk were super nice at all the times. We loved the coffee in the room, very original. Breakfast is ok you get a bit of everything, nothing fancy. I will call the hotel 4* rather than 5* as there is no wellness facilities and you lack things like welcome amenities or in room amenities. We also liked the fact that special events are organized like the rooftop parties in summer.
We had a great time and a relaxing experience, we stayed one night and had drinks and dinner. The staff was kind and professional. At the reception I was welcomed with a room upgrade by Fasal and two drinks (it was a nice bday gesture - appreciated!). We had drinks and food on the rooftop. There was a bit of wait to place the order, but we were not in a hurry and the staff was professional. They acknowledged the longer than usual times and still provided a helpful and friendly service throughout our evening. The aesthetics of the place is overall very well curated. A lot of beautiful objects and designs! Checkout at 12h is also nice. Personal tips for improvement: better staff the restaurant so the service can be smoother; more amenities in the room (I.e. free water, a small snack, more beauty products). Not a big fan of the carpet design in the room. And a spa would be a lovely cherry on the cake for the experience range. Location is improving, but it may still take some time. Overall it feels very safe inside the hotel and it’s well connected.

He was always helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free for me. Fil's positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made a real difference to my experience. He is a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate all of his help. I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. The views are incredible and the room itself is very spacious and well maintained. The rooftop bar is incredible and very nice place to chill. I love the fact that this hotel has a gym as well which is highly convenient and clean. Location wise perfect as it’s close to Brussels Noord Station and not too far from the shopping centre. Special shoutout to Goncalo and Val for their enthusiasm and their incredible customer service. You guys are true asset to the team and the reason why this hotel deserves a praise. I also give commend to all other staff members for making me feel comfortable and valued. Thank you!
